Ld. counsel for the Plaintiff submits that he wishes to withdraw the present suit in view of the settlement agreement which has been entered into on 23rd November, 2023 before the Principle Judge, Family Court, District Jhajjar, Haryana. The certified copy of the same has been placed on record. The settlement terms are contained in paragraphs 6 to 19 of the settlement agreement.

Since the settlement agreement has been executed before a Court of law, it is directed that all parties shall be bound by the said settlement agreement.
