Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that certain prayers made in the instant writ petition are contained in the prayer clause of the earlier writ petition bearing W.P.(C) 2248/2024, filed by the petitioner. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner thus prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate recourse to the remedy which may be available to the petitioner to challenge the order of debarment dated 21.02.2025, including filing of a writ petition. 4.
