O R D E R

% 08.02.2016 The petitioner filed the present objection petitions under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The amount awarded in the Award under challenge is less than Rs.1 crore in both the abovementioned petitions.

In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge, Delhi. The respondents are resident of Lucknow (U.P.).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matters may be transferred to the District Judge Patiala House to which learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

The petitions is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Patiala House (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. Courts. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 22nd March, 2016. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
