Mr. Sunil Sharma is present in the Court along with counsel. 3.

It is stated by counsel for petitioner that aside from the other dues which have now been paid, there is a small amount due on a water bill of Rs.13,207/-, which the respondent undertakes to pay during the day. This shall be accomplished by communication between the respective counsels in order that this be complied with.

In this view of the matter, the contempt petition stands disposed of. 5.
