The present application under Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "a) Permit the petitioner to Revive the present contempt proceedings in terms of Order dated 25.03.2025 passed in the present contempt case and direct the respondent/ contemnor no. 1 to place on record the report of demolition carried out by the respondent/ contemnor no. 1 till date along with the photographs; b) Pass any other or further order that the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice and as per the facts and circumstances of the present case;"
