The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "(i) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent/Contemnor for intentionally not complying and violating the orders dated 16.10.2019 and 01.11.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Arb. A (Comm.) No. 26/2019 and LA. 15107/2019 undertaking dated 07.11.2019;

(ii) Direct the Respondent to forthwith comply with the orders dated 16.10.2019 and 01.11.2019 passed in Arb. A (Comm.) No. 26/2019 by this HonTDle Court;

(iii) Pass such other, further order/s in the facts and circumstances of the case as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and equitable in favour of the Petitioner."
