1. Learned counsel for the Respondents has drawn the attention of the Court to Annexure C-7 to the counter affidavit, which is a communication dated 13th April, 2019 sent by the Officer In Command to the Senior Account Officer In-charge Audit Section, Office of the PCDA (Pension), Draupadighat, Allahabad, U.P. stating inter alia that the pension of the Petitioner has been revised from Rs.18,200 to Rs.22,450/-, after rectifying the error in its calculations.

2. In that view of the matter, a direction is issued to the Respondents that the revised pension amount along with the arrears will be credited to the account of the Petitioner, not later than 15th October, 2019.

3. A copy of this order will be sent by the approved mode by the Registry to

the Senior Account Officer In-charge Audit Section, Office of the PCDA (Pension), Draupadighat, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh-211014, along with a copy of Annexure C to the counter affidavit for implementation.

4. No further directions are called for in the petition and the same is disposed of.
