1.

Settlement Agreement dated 17th January, 2025 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The present suit was filed by the plaintiff seeking injunction and damages against the defendant.

During the pendency of the present proceedings, the present matter was referred to mediation vide order dated 6th November, 2024, wherein, the parties have successfully negotiated a settlement and filed the Settlement Agreement dated 17th January, 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties appearing before this Court confirm the terms of the settlement and submit that the suit be disposed of, in terms of the settlement, thereof.

to be lawful.

The parties are held bound by the terms of the settlement between them.

Accordingly, in terms of the settlement, CCP(O) 23/2018, is dismissed as withdrawn.

The present suit is accordingly disposed of, in terms of the settlement, which shall form part of the decree.

Let decree sheet be drawn up, in terms of the settlement. 10.

Considering the fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement, the Registry of this Court is directed to issue a certificate of refund of Full Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff.

The suit, accordingly stands disposed of, in terms of the aforesaid terms.
