By virtue of the present bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.228/2025 dated 10.05.2025 registered under Sections 109(1)/3(5)/126(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at PS.: Vasant Kunj, Delhi. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application.
