Ms. Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition to enable her to file afresh petition before the Principal Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi in terms of Section 14 (2) of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and the schedule appended thereto since the CSIR/respondent no.2 is a said scheduled institution covered by the Section 14 (2) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.
