By virtue of the present petition under Section 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners, inter alia, seek setting aside of the order dated 21.01.2026 passed by learned Principal Judge Family Court, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in MT case 530/2025.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seek to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
