This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

In these three matters, all the three Petitioners are Uzbekistan nationals. The goods seized from them are as under:

i.

150 Grams/One Yellow Metal Chain and One bracelet) ii.

Assorted Metal Jewellery appearing High Value 120 grams. iii.

270 Grams/One Yellow Metal Chain and One bracelet) 3.

The date of detention is 6th December, 2024.

The Petitioners have sought appraisal vide application dated 13th March, 2025. According to the Petitioners, the same is a personal effect and the Petitioners are willing to reexport the same. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that the goods are 14 carat gold which are of very low value.

In view thereof, let the Petitioners or their authorized representative appear before the Customs Authorities and submit all the documents. After verifying the same order shall be passed in accordance with law within a month.

The petition is disposed of in these terms. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
