The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying that parole granted to the petitioner by virtue of the order dated 24.07.2020, be extended for a further period till 31.10.2020. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 captioned 'Court on its Own Motion v. State and Ors.', all interim orders stand extended till 31.10.2020. 3.

In terms of the aforesaid order, the parole granted to the petitioner is extended till 31.10.2020 on the same terms and conditions as set out in the order dated 24.07.2020.
