The present application under Section 151 of the CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant seeks the following prayers: - "i) Allow the present application and permit the Petitioner to withdraw the present matter after recording the statement of the parties they shall file the Petition for grant of divorce by mutual consent before the concerned Family Court ;
ii) Pass any other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

During the pendency of the present proceedings, the parties arrived at a settlement agreement before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 06.12.2025. 4.

confirm the execution of the aforesaid settlement agreement. 5.
