Pursuant to previous orders, counsel for DDA states that delay was caused due to non-appearance of petitioner despite Notices on 25th February 2025 and 6th March 2025.

Pursuant to this Court's order dated 25thMarch 2025, the petitioner appeared before the Deputy Director on 28th March 2025 and submitted the documents which were available with them.

Counsel for DDA states on instructions, that some more documents are required.

In this regard, a communication will be sent by counsel for DDA to counsel for petitioner, based on instructions, for the documents which are required from the petitioner.

A meeting will be fixed before the concerned Deputy Director DDA on 20th May 2025 at 11:00 P.M.

DDA will take the decision within eight weeks, thereafter. 8.

Contempt Petition is, therefore, disposed of with the right of revival to petitioner, in case this timeline is not adhered to or if the decision is not made in compliance of order dated 29th May 2024 in W.P.(C) 8008/2024. 9.

If the order is not complied with yet again, concerned Deputy Director shall be liable for contempt.
