The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that directions be issued to the respondents to implement and execute the Award/ Order dated 03.02.2025 passed by the Commissioner (North District), under the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923.

The grievance of the petitioner as regards the alleged inaction/ wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents is on account of the failure of the respondent to enforce the recovery certificate issued pursuant to the said Award/ Order.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that expeditious steps shall be taken to execute the recovery certificate. She assures and undertakes that all necessary steps shall be taken for the said purpose. The said statement is taken on record. 4.

Let the recovery certificate be accordingly executed, within a period of 2 months from today.
