% 17.01.2020 In the instant petition, the petitioner extends challenge to a decision dated 26.02.2019 relating to performance appraisal rating. On a close scrutiny of the contents of the petition and the submissions that have come to be made by the ld. counsel for the petitioner, it is observed that the petitioner is aggrieved of non grant of promotions, for which, according to him, he is entitled to. In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved of any of the ACRs having been not properly recorded and/or not communicated, he should be specific to agitate his rights emanating therefrom and to which he may be entitled to. In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved of any promotion having been not granted, at the time, according to him, he was entitled for, he should so clearly agitate in that regard as may be permissible under law. The manner in which the petition has been framed on the basis of the
grievances raised before the redressal forum, to agitate his claims of promotion(s) is not tenable.
At this stage, ld. counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition to agitate any of his rights in accordance with law and to which he may be entitled to.
Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
