Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute between the petitioners and the Department is pending before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal under the provisions of The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

In the meanwhile, the learned counsel for petitioners submit that they are being forced to fill up the verification form as an outsourced worker which would be detrimental to their interests. The petitioners submit that the issue of regularisation is pending before Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT). 3.

In view of that, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise the same dispute before the concerned Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT). 5.
