In view of the status report, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies for eviction of petitioner's son from the premises in question and also to lodge FIR against him for commission of any cognizable offence.

In view of the statement of the counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty prayed for. 4.
