A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.472/2016 under Section 323/354/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Fatehpur Beri. 2.

It is submitted that the parties have arrived at a Settlement dated 30.08.2019, which had been duly signed by all the parties. However, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that even after entering into the Compromise, the complainant has been assaulted for which reason she is not willing to go ahead with the Settlement dated 30.08.2019. 3.

Since, the respondent No.2 the complainant is not forthcoming for the Settlement, the present petition is hereby rejected with liberty to the parties The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
