% 23.11.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 07th December, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) 11304/2015 whereby petitioner's writ petition was disposed of with a direction to respondent to decide petitioner's representation dated 10th August, 2015 by way of a speaking order within a period of three weeks. Today, Mr. Peeyoosh Kalra, learned counsel for respondent has handed over a copy of the Office Order dated 22nd November, 2016 by virtue of which the petitioner's representation dated 10th August, 2015 has been disposed of. The same is taken on record. In view thereof, present contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the order dated

22nd November, 2016 in accordance with law. Rights and contentions of all parties are left open.
