The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, who is aggrieved by freezing of her bank account.

During the course of submissions, learned counsel appearing for SCB submits that the account of the petitioner stands de-freezed since 03.07.2023.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no further orders are required to be passed.

The petition alongwith pending application is disposed of accordingly.

5.

However, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved on account of freezing of her bank account, she shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
