% 13.03.2020 This order be read in continuance of the order dated 12.03.2020 passed in this revision petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner says he has filed an application for compounding. Since the entire compensation amount has been paid by the petitioner to the complainant, who is also present herein and accepts this fact, the offence stands compounded. The revision petition is thus allowed. The petitioner to deposit 15% of the cheque amount as costs with Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks from today and receipt thereof be filed in the Registry. The Registry to inform the Court in case the cost is not deposited. Since the matter has been compounded, the accused, who is stated to be in Judicial Custody, be released forthwith. The petition and pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
