The present petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeks the following prayers: "A. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) for quashing the directions/orders passed by the Respondent Nos.2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 to HOLD/STOP/FREEZE the Bank A/c of the Petitioner and simultaneously direct the Respondent No.1 to remove HOLD/STOP/FREEZE on the Current Bank A/c No.36819340974 of the Petitioner maintained with the Respondent No.1;

B. Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition this Hon'ble Court be pleased to de-freeze the Current Bank A/c No.36819340974 of the Petitioner maintained with the Respondent No.1 and grant such consequential reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper;

C. Issue necessary guidelines to the Respondent Nos. 2 and 7 and also to all State Governments / Police Departments for putting on HOLD/STOP/FREEZE of Bank A/c of any persons whether they are accused or complainant or victim in case of cyber crime complaints reported at the NCCRP by any person; D. Exempt from filing the legible copies of the annexures with proper margins and font sizes; and E. Pass any ex-parte ad-interim or such other appropriate writs, orders or directions as this Hon'b1e Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 5.

Leave and liberty granted.
