The present application has been moved by the Petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C read with Section 528 of B.N.S.S, 2023 seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition.

certain objections on the ground that the Petitioners are guilty of Bench hunting and forum shopping.

Be that as it may, considering that the Petitioners wish to withdraw the present writ petition, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn unconditionally.

Interim order already granted vide order dated 9th April, 2024 stands vacated. Next date of hearing i.e., 11th February, 2025 stands cancelled. 6.
