BAIL APPLN. 764/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the bail application with the liberty to move an appropriate application before the Trial Court for the interim bail as sought in the present bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
