This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :- "(a) For issuance of appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus to direct the Respondent NTA to change the examination centre of the petitioner for NEET(UG) 2026 from Kuwait City to Delhi..."

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 5.

Mr. khanna, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Mr. Khanna, learned standing counsel, appears on advance notice and states that the respondent is inclined to favourably consider the request of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to send another email requesting the aforesaid at the following email Ids: a. neetug2026@nta.ac.in, b. legal@nta.ac.in and c. advkhanna2002@gmail.com.

The respondents are, further, directed to change the examination centre within a period of one week from today and issue admit card to the petitioner as and when admit card is issued to other candidates. 10.

In case the needful is not done, the petitioner shall be entitled to revive the petition.
