The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to inform the petitioner of the damage and misuse charges as payable by him in respect of the premises bearing no. E-21, Nizammudin West, New Delhi-110013. 3.
The petitioner applied for mutation of the said property in his name. His grievance is that his application has not been processed as yet. It is stated in the petition that an inspection was carried out and certain breaches were found for which the petitioner may be liable to pay certain charges. However, the same have not been communicated to the petitioner.

In view of the averments made in the petition, the respondents are directed to process the petitioner's application for mutation within a period of eight weeks from today. In the event, the respondents are of the view that the same cannot be granted, the reasons for the same would be communicated to the petitioner. In the event, the petitioner is liable to remedy any breaches or to pay any charges, the respondents shall also communicate to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 5.
