The present writ petition was originally filed by Mr. Chandra Prakash Gupta, who passed away on 14.01.2025. 2.

An application [CM APPL. 31677/2025] has been filed by his legal heirs (being his wife, Smt. Pooja Gupta, and his son, Mr. Naman Gupta) for substitution. However, Mr. Vinay Rathi, learned counsel for the legal heirs, states that they do not wish to prosecute this writ petition any further. Both the legal heirs are present through video conference and have confirmed this position. Their identification documents have also been received by the Court Master, and are taken on record. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
