O R D E R

% 03.09.2020 Mr. Rishi Agrawala, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that Justice Deepak Verma, a retired Judge of the Supreme Court has been appointed as a sole Arbitrator by the parties. He states these petitions be referred to the learned Arbitrator by treating them as applications under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by continuing the interim order.

Mr. Ashish Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents in OMP(I)COMM Nos. 66/2020, 67/2020, 68/2020, 69/2020, 70/2020, 71/2020 and for respondent nos. 1 and 2 in 72/2020 & Mr. Akshit Mago, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3 in OMP (I) (COMM) 72/2020 have consented to the submission made by Mr. Agrawala. They state, as similar matters are listed before the learned Arbitrator on September 19, 2020, these matters, as applications, be also listed on the same date before the learned Arbitrator by continuing the interim order till that date. Noting the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, these petitions are closed. These petitions shall be considered as applications under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on behalf of the petitioners and they shall be listed before the learned Arbitrator on September 19, 2020 on which date, learned Arbitrator shall consider that continuance / variation / modification of the interim order passed by this Court on March 13, 2020.

Mr. Agrawala shall file on record of the learned Arbitrator the copies

of these petitions within a week from today.
