Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR in question for the reason that it is a civil case which has been given a criminal colour. 2.
Fact, however, remains that as per learned Addl. P.P. for the State, the investigation is still going on. He supplements that the Investigating Agency would examine the case from all possible angles, including whether it happens to be a mere civil case or not.
3.
In view of the above, this Court, at this juncture, does not find any compelling reason to interfere with the ongoing investigation. 4.
The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file petition afresh, in case, charge-sheet is, eventually, filed against them.
5.
Needless to say, since FIR in question was registered way back in the year 2019, the Investigating Agency would expedite the investigation.
