The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "(i) To direct the police officials to provide security to the Petitioner and check at intervals about her welfare so that no one/respondent no.5 can cause any harm to her life and Liberty (ii) Also amend the MOU signed between the Petitioner and the respondent no.5 before the mediation centre, Delhi High court. New Delhi to extent that the respondent no.5 is evicted from the house because of his violent behavior.

(iii) Further direct the respondent no.5 not to harass the petitioner anymore And further pass any order or orders, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the ends of justice."

It is pointed out that the petitioner has initiated the appropriate proceedings in accordance with law with respect to prayer „ii‟. dated 19.01.2017, the predecessor Bench of this Court had passed the following directions:

"In view of the aforesaid, the SHO, PS - C.R. Park is directed to ensure that the petitioner does not come to any harm from respondent No. 5. The Division Officer of the area as well as the Beat Constable shall be sensitised in the matter."

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a prayer for continuance of order dated 19.01.2017.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed and withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

The directions passed in order dated 19.01.2017 shall continue to operate.
