The present petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 assails the orders dated 22nd March, 2025 passed by the Special Judge, (PC Act) (CBI)-16, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi and the Special Judge, (PC Act), CBI-12, (Duty Magistrate), Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi wherein the custody of the Petitioner was granted to the Respondent. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner states that subsequent to the filing of the instant, the Petitioner has moved a bail application, which is presently pending adjudication before this Court.
