By way of the present bail application, the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 1460/2025 dated 09.12.2025, registered at Police Station Karol Bagh, Delhi, under Sections 316(4)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Girish Kumar Katyal, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application.
