By virtue of the present petition under Sections 438/442 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 20.01.2026 passed by the learned Judge, Family Courts, South East, Saket Courts, Delhi in MT. No.597/2022 and other ancillary reliefs.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

As such, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
