By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner, primarily, seeks setting aside of the impugned order dated 03.02.2026 passed by the learned JMFC, South West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi (learned Trial Court) as also other ancillary reliefs.

Considering the petitioner himself has already made an application under Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C) against the impugned order dated 03.02.2026 before the learned Trial Court, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies, as already sought, in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
