% 03.04.2018 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State points out that the complainant had settled with the petitioner before the Mediation Centre and accordingly on 27.09.2017, the offence under Section 509 IPC was compounded and insofar as offence under Section 279 IPC is concerned, the petitioner was convicted and sentenced for imprisonment for the offence till the rising of the Court and also under Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 imposed fine which has been paid. He submits that the Petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the Petition is dismissed as infructuous. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J APRIL 03, 2018/'Sn'
