Goel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi, with an application seeking advancement of the date of hearing in the appeal being Misc. Appeal No. 10/2018, titled as "Giano Devi & Anr. vs. AU Small Finance Bank Ltd. & Ors.", instituted on their behalf after predepositing 25% of the total amount of debt being claimed from them by the respondents, in terms of the directions issued in the impugned order dated 9th January, 2018.

Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
