2. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 81 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the application is disposed of. LPA 214/2019, CM APPLs.14000/2019 & 14004/2019

3. Mr. Mukul Gupta, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Appellants

states that since the Appellants are presently attending the 10th Semester which is likely to come to an end by the April 2019 and some of the Appellants would be seeking to pursue further studies they may be in need of interim directions on the lines of the order passed on 4th December 2018 by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) 5285/2018 (Aanya Kameshwar & Ors. v. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University & Ors.).

4. If an appropriate application is filed by the Petitioners seeking reliefs similar to the one granted in the aforementioned order dated 4th December 2018 within one week from today, such application is requested to be taken up forthwith by the learned Single Judge for passing appropriate orders.

5. No further directions are called for as far as the present appeal is concerned. The appeal is disposed of. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
