O R D E R

This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Sections 2(B) and Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "(A) Initiate Contempt proceedings against the contemnor(s) and punish them in accordance with law for contempt of and for having not complied in letter and spirit of the order dated 22.03.2021 & 20.05.2021 in W.P.(C) No. 3796 of 2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court;

(B) Direct the contemnor(s) to comply, in letter and spirit, the order dated 22.03.2021 & 20.05.2021 in W.P.(C) No. 3796 of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court within such time as may be allowed Hon'ble Court; and (C) Pass an order directing the authorities to place before this Hon'ble court the detailed plan for relocation and rehabilitation of the slum Dwellers of Sarojni Nagar area as envisaged under clause Clause 2.6 at page 9 of the MOU dated 25th October 2016 the Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India and NBCC, India Ltd. And if not so direct that the plan for rehabilitation and relocation be prepared.

(D) Pass an order directing the respondents to place on record all the details, Data, documents pertaining to the Sarojni Nagar Area and its redevelopment before this Hon'ble court. (E) Pass an order directing the respondent NBCC to share the details and list of the survey of the slum dwellers conducted by it and also to place the details of the said survey on record of this Hon'ble court.

(F) Pass an order directing the respondent Authorities to place on record the action taken report on the complaints/representations made by the petitioner organisation as well as other resident slum dwellers as detailed in the present petition.

(G) Pass any such directions or order which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the above mentioned case.

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE PETITIONERS ARE DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY."

Vide interim order dated 20.05.2021 in W.P.(C) 3796/2021 the ingress and egress of the members of the petitioner association were directed not to be blocked while the renovation works are underway. 4.

It is pointed out that the aforesaid petition has been finally disposed of vide order dated 20.11.2023 by directing NBCC through Land and Development Office to pay a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- to each family within ten days from the order dated 06.09.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the land stand vacated and certain other proceedings are pending before the learned Division Bench with respect to the issues raised by the petitioner therein. 6.

In view of the above, no further directions are called for. 7.

The petition stands disposed of. Pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
