The petitioner assails the impugned order dated 27.11.2019 in CC No.616712/2016, 616713/2016 & 628361/2016. It is considered appropriate that separate petitions for each of the cases in which the order dated 27.11.2019 is impugned is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to file the petitions afresh separately for each of the criminal complaints in which the common order dated 27.11.2019 is impugned. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
