JUDGMENT

SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL) 1.

Petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of one month to enable the petitioner to undergo mandatory training programme i.e. Advanced Information Technology (AICITSS) of 15 days required to be undertaken after clearing Chartered Accountancy Exams for registration as a Chartered Accountant.

Status report has been filed and the same is taken on record. It confirms the above averments of the petitioner. BAIL APPLN. 766/2019

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier also granted interim bail to appear in the exams of Chartered Accountancy and he has duly complied with the said order and duly surrendered in terms thereof.

Keeping in view of the totality of the facts and circumstances, on petitioner furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court, petitioner shall be released on interim bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his release. Petitioner, on completion of the above four weeks' period, shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
