It is informed that with efforts of the counsels for parties, the matter stands settled in terms of settlement agreement dated 24th March 2026. The settlement agreement has been placed on record of this Court and the Court finds it to be lawful and acceptable.

The settlement agreement has signed by Mr. Sanjay Lohia, owner of the offending vehicle, who is proprietor of M/s Logo International. As regards the other claimants, namely Rani Bi, Anas Ali and Guffran Ali have given Power of Attorneys in favour of Mr. Naved Ali and Mr. Faizan Ali.

Parties present in the Court have been duly identified by their respective counsels. Said settlement agreement is taken on record. 5.
In terms of the settlement agreement, four Demand Drafts drawn on HDFC Bank bearing nos. 322860, 322875, 322873, 322896 and 322897 for Rs.1,80,000/- each, all dated 6th April 2026, have been handed over in the Court today.

Accordingly, both these appeals stand disposed of in above terms. 7.
Pending applications are rendered infructuous. 8.
