This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 16th October 2024 in W.P.(C) No. 7224/2023, directing the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD') to assess the revised regularisation application filed by respondent no.2 (brother of petitioner). 2.
It is stated by the counsel for the MCD that the order dated 17th February 2025, has rejected the regularisation application. 3.
Copy of order dated 17th February 2025, has been supplied to petitioner's counsel in Court, who was not aware of the same. 4.
