The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "A.
Initiate The Contempt Proceedings against the Respondents/Contemnors for continuous violation, wilful disobedience and non - compliance of the terms and conditions of the Order dated 03.09.2024 and also for having made the false and frivolous undertaking on oath in an affidavit dated 18.09.2024 filed by them before this Hon'ble Court in the RFA (Comm) No. 360/2024 titled as "Ajay Gupta vs Vinay Goyal and Anr."
B. Pass any other or further order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem to think fit and proper in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent/Contemnor."

In terms of order dated 03.09.2024 passed by the learned Division Bench, it is pointed out that the balance sum of Rs.33,81,755/- had been paid and vide order dated 18.08.2025, respondent No.1 had undertaken to pay interest @10%.

Respondent No.1 is present in Court and submits that payment with respect to 10% interest was calculated to be Rs.8,37,942/- and the same has been paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner alongwith latter present in Court confirms the aforesaid position.

In view thereof, no further directions are called for in the present petition.
