The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to demolish the entire illegal and unauthorised structures, including boundary walls constructed over property bearing no.407D area measuring 200 sq. yds. including Part-1, Part-2, Part-3 Gadodia Road, Anand Parbat New Delhi (hereinafter 'subject property'). 2.
Photographs have been filed along with the writ petition to show the construction being carried out in the subject property. 3.
Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD and submits that the subject property has been inspected on 10th April, 2026 and it was found that there is unauthorised construction in the subject property as the property has been constructed comprising a ground floor and four floors above.

the respondent no.1/MCD to take immediate action in accordance with law. 5.
