Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has alluded to the order dated 15.10.2019 whereby the delay in filing the present appeal was condoned subject to the payment of ₹20,000/- to the learned counsel for the respondent as cost. The cost has not been paid till date. 3.

As the conditions precedent have not been complied with, the present appeal is beyond the period of limitation and the same is hereby dismissed.
