O R D E R

% 20.05.2019 Mr. Munjal, learned senior counsel has tendered in Court a copy of the communication dated 14.05.2019 received from the office of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, which has been addressed to the Deputy Director, GH, DDA in relation to the allotment of Flat No. 907 to the

petitioners. This letter records that the respondent society vide letter dated 12.05.2019 has informed the RCS that the aforesaid flat has been reserved for the petitioners. The names of the petitioner have been created by Rule 90 Committee on 30.04.2019.

In view of the aforesaid , we direct the DDA to make the allotment of the aforesaid flat to the petitioner within 10 days from today. As soon as the allotment is made, the respondent society shall hand over the possession of the flat to the petitioner without any further delay. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall clear the legitimate dues of the respondent society, if any.
