The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 21 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, inter alia, assailing the impugned order dated 24th December, 2024 passed by the ld. Additional Sessions Judge-02, New Delhi District, New Delhi in Sessions Case No. 253/2024 titled 'State v. Manoranjan D'.

Vide the impugned order, the application for regular bail filed by the Appellant, was rejected by the Trial Court.

CRL.M.A. 18389/2026 has been moved, seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal, with the liberty to approach the ld. Sessions Court afresh.
