Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the file has already been closed and the necessary communications were made to the petitioner. 3.

It is the petitioner's contention that he has not received any communication. Learned counsel points out from his written instructions that the petitioner visited the office of the respondent and requested to close his file. His file was thus closed vide letter dated 15.01.2024. 4.

Let copies of all letters enclosed along with the communication dated 15.04.2026, be handed over to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.
